Jake is a design strategist who uncovers synergies and connects dots to create human-centered experiences.

He helps uncover insights into people's needs, ideate possible solutions, then refining those solutions into useful and usable products, services, and experiences that create value.

Jake has been designing web and digital products for more than 20 years. As Creative Director at Chicago's economic development organization chaired by the Mayor, Jake led experience design, branding, and initiatives in innovation and entrepreneurship. Jake is a mentor at the 2112 creative industry incubator, a member of the Chicago Ideas Co-op, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Arts & Business Council of Chicago.

He's received a BFA in Interrelated Media from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design and an innovation certificate from IDEO U.
